Zhanna has known about the IDEA center in Rivne from her friend, and with no doubt signed for the Computer Fundamentals course. He successfully finished the studying and now she can easily work on the computer, create presentations, tables, office documents. The knowledge of Internet was very useful. Zhanna could start working in the Monavie network, she communicates with colleagues from Israel, Italy, other countries. “Thank to IDEA center I can do my own business and stay with my family at the same time and very successfully!” – said Zhanna. 
After the graduation from the university I found it’s very hard to get a job. I had a degree in Economics, but I received proposition to work as a secretary, shop assistant, teller at the bank. In order to find a good job the work experience was very important. But how to find this work experience, if nobody takes you without it? Finally I found one place and the strict requirement was complete knowledge of computer. I was confused, because understood that my skills are far from perfect. I started to look for computer courses, but all of them were either too expensive, or to long and academic, and often it was work day time for attendance.
Volodymyr Valentynovych Petrov came to IDEA center for the first time in 2010, and this year in July came to study Microsoft Unlimited Potential course – Presentation Fundamentals. This studying helped Volodymyr, military pensioner, to find a part-time job! 
My name is Lema, at I would like to thank IDEA center for the opportunities to get computer skills. I have studied how to work with office programs – Word and Power Point. This helped me very much at school and I could even help my teachers at their work.
My name is Maksim Kabanov, I am 19 years old. I prefer active lifestyle – I am a leader of parkour team “The Lines”. I came to IDEA center at the Charity Fund “Shans” to get new knowledge and further find new and interesting job. 
A pensioner learns new skills for a new career. 
My name is Usik Anna Romanivna and I am very thankful for the opportunity to study for free at the IDEA center on the Microsoft Unlimited Potential Program. I have attended the Spreadsheet Fundamentals course and now I can state that can do very powerful things using Microsoft Excel program. 
Computer skills became very useful for me when started to study the Arhinaz program – computer projecting of buildings. And all these IT skills helped me to update professional knowledge and start working as an engineer at the private enterprise Zeta. 
During the July 13-15, I took part at 9th Union of students with excellent academic performance – as a IDEA Melitopol volunteer and student of Tavriyskiy state agro technical university, and was delegated to the all-Ukrainian contest “The Best student of the year”. 
Svyatoslava Olehivna Tomenko has successfully finished Microsoft Unlimited Potential course Web Design Fundamentals at the IDEA center in Kherson. The graduation work included online portfolio and photo-reporting www.wix.com/svyatoslava11/svyatoslava.
I work as a music teacher (piano) and music leader at the kindergarten. We do a lot of music classes for kids and it is important to use new and fresh music for them. The problem was to find good and interesting printed music, often there was no money to buy new and there was no other way to refresh music for kids. 
Anastasiya is a student of Kyiv Institute of National Economy named by D. Korotchenko and deputy of International commissioner of Guide Association of Ukraine. She works as a volunteer at GAU and is responsible to mass-media and Internet communications. Having the camera and knowledge of taking good pictures she lacked skills of digital processing.
Valeriy Kudlay works at the department of internal policy at the Kherson state regional administration. He signed up for Unlimited Potential courses at the Kherson IDEA center to gain new skills of working on the Internet and creation of web resources.
I have signed to the Unlimited Potential courses in order to deepen my computer knowledge and master some key programs.
During the studying I found out that I almost never used text programs properly and fully. I often used Skype for communications but didn’t really know how to use other software and what results I could get. I didn’t use text formatting, typed several times the text that could be copied and pasted.
IT skills and computer knowledge help to organize the working day and workload, to work with documentation, that requires a lot of typing and graphic presentations.
Nesterchuk Tetyana Volodymyrivna works as a nurse at the school and at summer camps during the summer period. “I always have a lot of documentations that I need to register and pass to children hospital. Studying at the Unlimited Potential courses at the IDEA center has helped me not only to master the computer work but also find solutions to my current tasks and work with documentations. I have created the templates on reports, and now only have to enter the data. If I need to make graphic presentation – it became much easier! They look for good, and I don’t have to draw them by hand. I have freed up my time and can do more staff the work time. Now I am working on creation of automation of all cards and reports. Thank you for skills and tools! 
Olena Tretyak has completed the the Unlimited Potential course “Computer Fundamentals” and received the certificate. At that time she worked as a manager at the advertising agency, but wanted to change the job after gaining new skills. She risked to quit the job, and could find a distant work and now is going to have a baby. 
Kateryna Simonova has attended Unlimited Potential courses for two months and gained new IT skills and knowledge. She has entered the post graduate study and could find a job! 
Makarchuk Nina Vasylivna has finished the Unlimited Potential course “Spreadsheet Fundamentals”, has studying how to create, use table, work with formulas and other in Microsoft Excel. 
Litvina Natalia is happy that she had such an opportunity to attend computer courses free of charge under the IDEA Project’s curriculum. It was the IDEA Center where Natalia has started to learn using the computer for the first time. 
When Ludmila Yakovlevna has seen the newspaper advertisement about the free computer literacy courses, she has immediately understood that it’s exactly what she needs. The training process was not easy, but still very successful. The ability to use the Internet, e-mail, social networks appeared to be the most interesting and necessary part of the course. Now Ludmila Yakovlevna sais that her life became much more interesting – she can permanently communicate with her friends and relatives, has started to study foreign languages, and has access to practically all the information she's interested in. And that all is possible thanks to the computer courses and visits to the IDEA Educational Center. 
The student of Tavrian National University Aleksandra Verminskaya is paying for her studies. The knowledge gained during the computer courses at the Simferopol IDEA Center helped her get a job for the summer as an administrator at a private hotel in Sudak. 
In August, 2010, two more groups of students have received training at Vinnytsia ORT-Keshernet Center. Bezchasnyuk Irina, a journalist at Vinnytsia regional radio “City-on-Bug” has been invited to the solemn ceremony of certificates presentation. It resulted in a radio broadcasting of news about our social initiatives on 16/08/2010, on the First National channel at 10.33. In September information about Vinnytsia CC ORT-Keshernet’s work will be on air at the "Era" Radio station (107.8 FM). 
Tatiana Fedorivna Simon came to the Lugansk IDEA Center from the "Digital Media Fundamentals” course, being already familiar with the work on the computer and could already use such programs as MSWord and MSExcel. Tatiana Fedorivnais a retired civil servant. She didn’t have the goal to find a job, and she simply wanted to learn something new, for herself, so to speak. "When I have graduated, I realized that I want to work in a team again. I’ve been retired for two years already, so I have rested enough ", said Tatiana Fedorivna. In two months she found a job as an administrator of an online store of building materials in Lugansk, and now she takes orders, calls the clients, discusses the terms of delivery. 
In July, Vinnytsia IDEA Center “Keshernet" has trained another group of women who have completed the computer courses. Olga Ryaba works as an art designer. Now, when she can use the computer, she can extend far beyond her professional activities. The things Olga used to do by hands are much easier and possible to do now using the computer. Olga wants to master computer graphics and enroll to an architectural university. Voitenko Oksana - seamstress at "Dinamo" factory. She dreams of becoming a fashion designer. We are convinced that she is able to do it now. She knows so much already! 
Zinaida Tovt was very glad to find out about free of charge computer courses in Beregovo. It was at the IDEA Center where she sat in front of a computer for the first time and learned to use it.
