Tatiana Radionova is a successful and experienced accountant. The knowledge she has gained at these courses not only helped her to keep her job, but also to improve her working process, by making it extremely efficient.
Lyudmila came to the IDEA courses to learn how to use the computer and, specifically, to become a confident Internet user. Her husband and she have retired already, but the couple is full of energy and wants to work. After mastering the Internet, Lyudmila can find new people to work with in the net marketing much easier and faster by visiting job search websites. Many people are placing their resumes job serch websites. Lyudmila has learned how to use search engines on the Internet, and now she easily finds new sites with a large number resumes posted.
Olga F. Voitovich is a training officer in culinary at the higher vocational school no.34 in Stryi town. After receiving the course certificate Olga has obtained the 12th grade of mastery - the highest one in industrial training. 
Thanks to the Computer Basics course taken at the IDEA Training Center in Stryi the modern computer became a valuable partner to the teacher Laptsun Oksana Petrovna.
The trainer Shmilyk Oksana Petrovna at the IDEA Training Center has helped the chemistry teacher Sikora Galina Mironovna to improve her skills and learn to use such a wonderful program as MS Power Point to create presentations. Now she can significantly improve her lessons and more importantly – make them interesting to the students. Galina Mironovna hopes that the course certificate will be an important argument in successfully passing the certification, as she confirms her higher category and the title of a "teacher-methodologist."
Aside from receiving legal assistance and moral support at the Support Center for Public Initiatives “Chaika”, Lesya Sobutska has also found out that there she may study at the computer courses for free. She has an old dream to improve her knowledge, but she had not sufficient time and money for that. Therefore, Lesya was very pleased with the available opportunity and immediately took advantage of it. It was very important to her that her older son could also study with her. That way she could spend more time with him and see how successfully he is learning the computer, despite the small age. During the courses Lesya has already realized that her abilities to earn more are quite real, and that gave her a sense of confidence in the future. 
Oksana Sadova has been working for several years in a "Meat-sausage" shop as a seller. The shop where she works is quite small, but the staff keeps up with the times. The staff uses the computer in their work for stock-taking, pricing and accounting reports. The shop owner has requested from Oksana that she learns to work on a computer if she wants to keep her job. Fortunately, the IDEA Training Center was opened in Stryi, where Oksana was able to study.
After graduating from college Roman Isnyuk has found out about the IDEA Training Center opened in Stryi, where one can attend the computer courses, initiated by the Microsoft aimed at developing basic computer skills and at improving the already existing knowledge. As any modern young man, Roman can not imagine his life without a computer. Nonetheless, he was happy to attend the courses in order to feel confident and organize his knowledge gained at the college. During the courses Roman has learned many new things, has mastered his skills in working with the basic Microsoft Office applications, has learned some specific issues of e-mail applications, and found out about different Internet search engines. That created new opportunities for his personal and professional development, as well as made him able to help other students and friends to explore the boundless world of information technology.
Svitlana Roschynets has signed up for the courses at the Beregovo IDEA Center to get the knowledge wich would help her get a job. 
Erzheybet Sabov signed up for the courses to learn using computers at work and at home. Despite Erzheybet’s age, she want keep the pace with modern technology. Now Erzheybet Sabov confidently sits in fromnt of a computer and creates documents, spreadsheets, etc. 
The Microsoft Unlimited Potential Curriculum courses have helped Maryna Sozonyuk to get a promotion at work. She used to work as a simple shop assistant in a fabrics store. She managed to systematize her work and register a part of it in electronic version. As a result Maryna has reached new and better performance indicators. The management department of the store has immediately noticed it and offered her a promotion to the position of sales manager for light and outer women's clothing. Now Maryna can easily create and change a client database. She can check the computer database for the availability of a certain fabric, and the order execution status. And yet, Ms. Sozonyuk has made a suggestion to the management to use the Internet in looking for new customers, placing the list of new products and innovations on the website, and sending the permanent costumers the updated pricelists via e-mail. This made the store clientele to increase, and hence the income of the company has gone up. 
Yulianna Kurtyak, 42 y.o., has worked as a supervisor at a plant, but has lost her job due to the crisis. The plant, located in the regional center could no longer provide transportation to workers living in other districts. Despite that, she did not give way to despair and decided to use all the available means to find a new job. While looking through the advertisements in the local newspapers, Yulianna saw the article about the opening of the Beregovo IDEA Training Center and decided to sign up for the computer courses. While studying she was called by her former colleagues and told her that the plant administration is looking for a person who would edit the factory newspaper. Yulianna Kurtyak has immediately applied for the job. She has passed the test with 94% score and has got a positive reply from the factory administration, thus starting from mid-April she has got a new job! 
Monica Sirchak is currently on maternity leave. She signed up for the courses and is very happy for her success. Monica has realized that patience, endurance and, of course a good teacher may help one learn anything. Now Monica confidently sits in front of a computer and knows how to work on it. 
Kutko Natalya has immediadely signed up for the courses after she has fould out about the IDEA Training Center in Konotop. 
Roman Maryanovich is 49 years old. He is an engineer by profession, but is currently unemployed. Roman has found out about the IDEA Project and the computer courses offered their during a seminar at Ivano-Frankivsk employment center. Using the skills gained at the courses Roman Maryanovich regularly visits job sites and hopes to find one soon. 
"My hopes that computer knowledge will help me in business, have fully come true" - says Elena Melnik, who has decided to start her own business. After training at the IDEA courses she is applying all gained knowledge into practice. Now Elena can quickly and efficiently advertise about her products and services on the corresponding websites and in other publications, timely finds out about innovations in her field of activity and has the possibility to study the supply and demand in the market, communicates with other entrepreneurs and clients through the Internet. The use of computer technology in her work has resulted in a significant increase in the number of clients, and the quality of services has also considerably improved, which means that her work is beneficial both for the people using her services and for her own by bringing profit and pleasure of self-realization. 
Victoria Beyresh is an accountant, but currently unemployed. She has found out about the IDEA courses at a training center seminar and was very pleased to be able to learn the computer, especially how to work in Microsoft Excel. The trainings conducted in the training center turned out to be very useful and instructive, especially those related to computer security and Internet safety. 
Tibor Birov is an entrepreneur working in the service sector. In his daily work he needs to use the computer: business correspondence, work schedules drafting, order processing, etc. Good and effective performance requires the use of computer skills and modern software. 
The IDEA Training Center opened in Rivne in November, 2008, on the basis of the "Chaika" CSO. At that time te members of “Chaika” were basically counting on their own efforts in implementing various projects aimed at improving the economic status of Rivne inhabitants. They were attracting people to attend trainings on their own, raising the awareness by means of various informational materials. Resources for an effective organization of such an important work were not always sufficient. Recently, new conditions for cooperation with the regional employment center have occurred. 
Evgeny Aleksandrovich Korotkov has got the job as a sales assistant and electronic equipment specialist at the “Life” store after having taken the computer basics course. 
Viktor Moiseenko works for the private company “Korund”. His work is related to goods turnover registration: estimates and reports, which require attention thoroughness and time. Viktor has taken the Computer Basics course. The skills gained at the courses have helped Mr. Moyseenko to make his work more efficient while simplifying it. 
The Spreadsheet Fundamentals course attended by Diana Savinkina at the Konotop IDEA Training Center has helped her get employed as an accountant-economist at the “Naraskhvat” store. 
Prior to addressing the IDEA training center Iryna Bobryk had a higher education and some life experience. Nonetheless, the courses have revealed new employment opportunities for her. Iryna is grateful to the program managers for creating in her city such an opportunity to attend courses and obtain the necessary knowledge in information technology. The knowledge acquired during the IDEA courses has helped Iryna to systematize her knowledge, improve her technical skills and find a job as an English and French translator. 
Budyashkina Valentina Ivanovna was very pleased to hear the course launching date on the phone. To say that the course has justified her expectations is to say nothing. The trainer was very attentive and has tought the material which previously seems so incomprehensible in a very accessible way. Valentina Ivanovna is very grateful to the IDEA Program, which brought her joy and hope back! 
Anna A. Zhumatiy always admired the professionals able to use the computer. It's amazing to see how people can reflect and adjust their own views on the screen. And finally Anna Andreyevna has also got the opportunity approach the miracle - she has taken the Computer Basics course at the Kremenchuk IDEA Learning Center. 
Bokarev Alexey Dmitrievich, a man with a 3rd group of disability, retired, full Cavalier of the departmental award "Miner's Glory", is involved in social and political activities since 1989. Alexey Dmitrievich has participated in organizing all-Union miners’ rallies in 1989-1991. As the deputy chairman of the All-Ukrainian Union of civil society organizations “the Union of Disabled Miners of Ukraine”, is working to protect the rights of victims at enterprises in Ukraine. 
Barinova Iryna Vasylivna, the head of teaching and education department at a school in Melitopol: “I work as the head of teaching and education department at a school, and this involves processing a huge flow of information, analytical work, tables drafting, and development of scenarios for various activities. At some point I realized that I cannot manage such a workload without the computer. 
I have participated in the IDEA computer courses in spring. After graduation I have received the knowledge I couldn’t even imagine. I managed to systemize my current work and as a result I could work more effectively and achieve better results. This didn’t stay unnoticed by the administration – and I’ve got promoted!
