More than a year ago, Lyubov was retired on a pension. After more than 25 years of work as an educator, she couldn't just sit at home, but all the vacancies required specific knowledge and were limited by age – usually to no more than 40 years old. Lyubov almost lost heart on the prospect of finding a job, but her friend from the non-profit organization “Project Kesher” recommended her for the position of specialist in the education department at the University of Modern Skills. That is where Lyuboc gained the skills and knowledge, received from the Microsoft Unlimited Potential courses at the IDEA center, that became a significant advantage. She built on her previous experience and knowledge and newly gained computer skills and was even promoted. You see, age is not a barrier for finding good work.
