IDEA Training Center opening in Rivne promotes the cooperation of the "Chaika" Civil Socity Organization with the employment centers
Success
The IDEA Training Center opened in Rivne in November, 2008, on the basis of the "Chaika" CSO. At that time te members of “Chaika” were basically counting on their own efforts in implementing various projects aimed at improving the economic status of Rivne inhabitants. They were attracting people to attend trainings on their own, raising the awareness by means of various informational materials. Resources for an effective organization of such an important work were not always sufficient. Recently, new conditions for cooperation with the regional employment center have occurred.
Overview
Currently the IDEA Training Center’s specialists are actively invited to conduct seminars in almost all, even the most remote areas of the Rivne region. There, at the employment centers, we conduct seminars on “How to start your own business”, “job searching techniques”, “Women in Business”, “Internet Safety”. The city and regional employment centers recommend unemployed people in Rivne to take the computer courses and seminars at the IDEA Training Center. About 100 unemployed registered in the district and city employment centers have followed these recommendations and have benefited from the IDEA Project services. The IDEA Training Center’s specialists and the Regional Employment Center constantly exchange new ideas in order to improve the services provided to Rivne inhabitants looking for a job.
