On Octover 16, the BridgeCamp for NGOs was organized for the first time in Ukraine. BarCamp - a modern format of the conference, brings together experts in a particular field, who share their experiences and seek joint solutions to problems. It's freestyle, without rigid framework of the organization, which includes discussions, lectures, presentations, trainings and round tables. 
On October 12, Konotop IDEA center has conducted a training for unemployed people "Self-presentation: common mistakes". The training was conducted for 15 people registered at the city employment center and included the sections of stages of self-presentations, common mistakes when planning, challeges.
On October 5, Konotop IDEA center has conducted a training for unemployed people registered at the city employment center. The training "Interview with employer" was conducted for 15 people and included the sections of preperations and passing the interview with employers.

During the 3-days youth leadership school young leaders call young people to go back to reality, and not live in the virtual world: «We can go back to the real life, to the real communications, value personal meetings, but not letters on the screen!!! Be the clever user of Internet!». According to the trainer of school of youth leadership, IT-trainer of IDEA center Sergey Slyn'ko – greater part of young people suffers from online dependence in the world. And for this reason it is needed to educate the children and youth about smart rules of using the Internet.
On September 27 IDEA trainers have conducted a training on "How to act in conflict situation" for unemployed citizens of Konotop. The training took place at the city employment center.
During 3 days 35 young activists from the different districts of Chessy Region mastered knowledge and bases of public leadership. To attention of participants the series of trainings were offered on project and financial management, organization of social street actions, possibilities of public activity, leadership, team work and number of intellectual entertaining games.
On September 24 IDEA trainers have conducted a training on "Tolerance in communications" for unemployed citizens at the Kontop city employment center.
On September 20, specialist of local branch of Association of Taxpaers of Ukraine in Zaporizzhya oblast have organized business lunch for members of Association and leading entrepreneurs of Melitopol city and region. Having a cup of tea, entrepreneurs and local government representatives had a productive disscusion.
On September 16 IDEA Sumy has organized a meeting with students of Institute of physical culture at the Sumy State pedagogical university named by Makarenko. Duting the meeting IDEA staff has presented UP courses and discussed the role of IT in modern life.
On September 3 the fisrt regional fair of social projects took place in Vinnytsya. The event was organized by Vinnytsya regional center of social servicves for families, children and youth. IDEA VInnytsya have participated and presented its activities and available courses and trainings. 
On August 30, the IDEA Center Trainers have conducted seminars in the Konotop City and Regional Employment Center on "Common Errors in passing the interview," for people registered at the employment center as temporarily unemployed.
In August, the experts from Melitopol IDEA Training Center have conducted a series of trainings “Job Search in the Internet” for unemployed people registered in the Vasilyevs’k and Yakymivs’k regional employment centers in the Zaporizhzhya region. During the course 127 women and men have learned how to search for jobs online, write a resume in MS Word, send it via email and post resumes on job sites, and have familiarized themselves with the requirements for the content and design of business letters and more.
On August 30, the IDEA Center Trainers have conducted seminars in the Konotop City and Regional Employment Center on “Personal growth: destination or lifestyle?” for people registered at the employment center as temporarily unemployed.
Training was conducted in Rivne on August 26-27 for social workers from the SSFCY Centers on “Human trafficking: prevention, combating crime and protecting the victims’ rights”.
On August 26, the IDEA Center Trainers have conducted seminars in the Konotop City and Regional Employment Center on “Job searching technique” for people registered at the employment center as temporarily unemployed.
On August 25, the IDEA Center Trainers have conducted seminars in the Konotop City and Regional Employment Center on “Basic communication skills” for people registered at the employment center as temporarily unemployed.
On August 9, the specialist of the Beregovo City and Regional Employment Center Shitev Natalia has conducted in the Beregovo IDEA Center training on “Secrets of successful resume”. 
On August 2, the specialist of the Beregovo City and Regional Employment Center Shitev Natalia has conducted in the Beregovo IDEA Center a two-day seminar-training on “Job searching technique”. 
On July 30, the IDEA Center Trainers have conducted a seminar in the Konotop City and Regional Employment Center on “Computer Basics” for people registered at the employment center as temporarily unemployed. 
On July 23, unemployed people from the Rivne region have discussed the risks and negative consequences of illegal labor migration together with the coordinator of IDEA Training Center Tetyana Melnik at the Regional Employment Center. 
On July 22, 2010, the volunteers of the Kherson SPC have conducted at the children's camp “Sonechko” an interactive discussion on "What should I know about the Internet safety”.
On July 14, the IDEA Center trainers have conducted a seminar in the Konotop City and Regional Employment Center on “Improve your job searching skills” for people registered at the employment center as temporarily unemployed. 
The choice of a job often depends on our abilities, desires, as well as what our heart seeks for, and is of course is based on the demand for a particular specialty in the labor market.
On July 15, the unemployed people from the Rivne region have discussed at a seminar the gender aspects of employment together with the head of the SCO “Chaika”, Larisa Gunko, who is also a trainer at the IDEA Training Center. 
On July 14, the IDEA Center trainers have conducted a seminar in the Konotop City and Regional Employment Center on “How to set a goal and reach it” for people registered at the employment center as temporarily unemployed.
On July 13, a round table was held in Rivne on the topic “Social adaptation of orphans, children deprived of parental care and children in difficult life circumstances”. The problem was discussed by the representatives of public organizations together with the specialists in various fields - managers, teachers, doctors, psychologists.
To be at the same level with own children and grandchildren, to talk one "computer" language to them - that is the task set upon the members of the Ukrainian Women Union from Stryy. Grace to the IDEA Training Center, 9 women, 55 years old on average, have learned modern information technology.
Currently the Ukrainian education cannot meet the increasing needs of the society in getting useful skills. Following the increased mobility of knowledge, the teaching tools and knowledge management should simplify and reduce the period of people's access to necessary and updated knowledge.
On June22, following the invitation from the secretary of the public organization “Danubian Center of Citizen Initiatives”, Oleksiy Ivaschuk, the Melitopol IDEA Training Center’s volunteers came with a friendly visit to Ismail, Odessa region, where they have conducted a training “Onlandia - safe web-country” for 26 teachers and methodologists from educational institutions of the city.
